How we think about capital.

We are drawn to real assets with durable, understandable value, from real estate and land to private lending and select alternatives. Our discipline is simple to state and demanding to practice: buy well, protect against the downside, and let fundamentals compound.

Real assets

We concentrate capital in tangible assets whose value rests on fundamentals, not sentiment. Deep domain expertise lets us assess these markets with precision and conviction, independent of speculative cycles.

Disciplined underwriting

We rigorously analyze every deal to identify and evaluate potential risks that could affect returns, pressure-test each assumption, and confirm protections are in place before investing.

Aligned capital

We commit our own capital first. We pressure-test every variable, the operator, the operation, the market, and the numbers, and if any part falls short of our standards, it goes no further.

He underwrites to eliminate blind spots, evaluating every risk that could affect a return and stripping out any assumption he cannot defend.
